Return and Refund Policy
At TheShoebody BOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully, as it aligns with the production and shipping processes used through Printify.
1. Order Issues & Defects
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Send an email to theshoebodybop1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect or incorrect item. We will review your case and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
2. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, as each product is printed on demand. Please double-check size charts before ordering to ensure a perfect fit. If you need assistance with sizing, feel free to reach out!
3. Returns
Because our items are custom printed, we can only accept returns for defective products. If your item meets our return eligibility, please email theshoebodybop1@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defect. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if production has not started. If you contact us before the production process begins, we will inform our supplier and cancel the order. For cancellation requests, please email theshoebodybop1@gmail.com as soon as possible.
5. Refunds
Refunds are provided only for defective items or orders not received due to shipping errors. Once your case is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If it is still missing, contact us at theshoebodybop1@gmail.com. We may be able to assist depending on the situation.
